Chelsea will provide strategic legal guidance across Whittier Trust and its affiliates, overseeing core areas including fiduciary responsibilities, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations. She will collaborate directly with executive leadership and client service teams to support the firm's strategic expansion while reinforcing its commitment to safeguarding client interests.

Most recently, she was a Senior Attorney at Slovak Baron Empey Murphy & Pinkney LLP, where she managed complex trust and estate litigation and administration matters, as well as advised high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning.

A member of the California State Bar, Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Chelsea has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star and holds an AV Preeminent Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
