PORT ORANGE, FL / ACCESS Newswire / September 18, 2026 / Members of Rue & Ziffra will join Provision Packs' 10th Annual Backpack Bash on Saturday, Sept. 19, with proceeds helping provide nutritional assistance to local children and families facing food insecurity.
Provision Packs helps children and families facing food insecurity by providing food to those in need, including children who may lack reliable meals outside regular school hours. The organization relies on volunteers, donors and fundraising events to support its programs.
The event will run from 6 to 10 p.m. at Forever Ranch, 3600 FL-40 in Ormond Beach. The Backpack Bash will feature food from local restaurants, outdoor games, live and silent auctions, live music, raffles and other activities. Tickets are $50 per person.
Rue & Ziffra's involvement with Provision Packs will continue this fall through RZ Cares, the firm's community outreach initiative. Firm employees are scheduled to participate in a packing night at the Provision Packs warehouse on Wednesday, Oct. 7. During the volunteer event, team members will help prepare food packs for distribution to children served by the organization.
