Phillips Infrastructure Corp. Teddy Phillips, Jr. will assume the role of Executive Director of the Board, supporting enterprise governance, leadership succession, and key market partnerships. Under Teddy’s leadership as Chief Executive Officer since 2009, Phillips achieved sustained profitability, sharpened its market focus, and completed a major brand evolution uniting all operating companies under the Phillips name.

Since joining the organization in 1989, McMullen has served as Chief Financial Officer, President, and as a member of the Board of Directors. As CEO, he will continue shaping enterprise alignment, financial discipline, and market diversification across all operating companies.
