Each evening, just twelve guests gather at a single communal table in a private room—a setting crafted for shared curiosity and individual revelation. Guests are guided through a series of unexpected pairings and rare ingredients; an ephemeral menu sourced with intention and composed to push the boundaries of form and flavor.
