Ziegler’s path at Dome began in 2016, where she quickly distinguished herself with technical expertise and compassionate leadership. Her career started with an apprenticeship in the Pipefitters and Plumbers Union, followed by management roles at Amgen, giving her a well-rounded perspective on project management, safety, and team development.

As Director, Ziegler will oversee business development, safety, project delivery, and growth of Dome’s Thousand Oaks and Greater Los Angeles team.
