Lee Kum Kee kicked off the first-ever North America’s 50 Best Restaurants celebration week with an exclusive event named “Sauce Speakeasy”, which brought together top chefs, industry influencers, and media from across the continent.

The event, hosted at Craft Creamery Speakeasy of Las Vegas, featured a groundbreaking collaboration that reimagined Asian flavors, uniting two world-renowned establishments:

Boragō (No. 23, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025) from Santiago, Chile
Lee Kum Kee brought together these amazing talents to concept a cohesive experience where Boragō’s dishes—rooted in the heritage of the Chilean landscape—informed and inspired Double Chicken Please’s inventive culinary cocktail pairings. Lee Kum Kee’s authentic sauces provided the foundational umami and layers of flavors that bridged food and drink, creating a seamless, multi-sensory experience.
