NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV), a global leader in AI-powered commerce and engagement, today announced a worldwide reseller agreement with Mastercard, establishing a new distribution channel for Rezolve Ai’s technology as businesses prepare for the next generation of AI-driven commerce.
Under the agreement, Mastercard is authorized to market, offer and sell subscriptions to Rezolve Ai’s software and SaaS services worldwide on a non-exclusive basis. The arrangement provides a commercial framework for bringing Rezolve Ai’s capabilities to Mastercard customers with Mastercard leading coordination of the sales process and contracting directly with resale customers.
The agreement covers capabilities spanning conversational commerce, intelligent search and product discovery, catalogue enrichment, personalization, recommendations and cart and checkout orchestration. Together, these technologies help businesses connect customer intent with relevant products and support shopping journeys from discovery through checkout handoff.

A worldwide distribution framework
The reseller agreement provides for coordinated sales activity, including joint customer evaluations, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations, supported by Rezolve Ai’s technical expertise.
For Rezolve Ai, the arrangement creates an opportunity to extend its commercial reach through Mastercard-led customer relationships. Individual deployments, including the selected capabilities, geography and commercial terms, will be agreed through separate statements of work.
