Majority-owned Nevada company to expand 8-inch and 12-inch wafer sorter and AOI output for global market projected to reach $9.7 billion by 2030

Subject to finalization of definitive agreements, TechForce Advanced Manufacturing’s operation is expected to begin production and contribute initial revenue to the Company during Q4 2026, corresponding with the Company’s fiscal second quarter

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via IBN -- Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NGTF) (“Nightfood” or the “Company”), doing business as TechForce Robotics, today announced the formation of TechForce Advanced Manufacturing, Inc. (“TechForce Advanced Manufacturing”), a Nevada corporation established to pursue a strategic advanced-manufacturing partnership with JUN LONG MACHINE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (“JUN LONG”). The establishment of TechForce Advanced Manufacturing marks a key initial step in the Company’s planned commercial expansion into the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry.

TechForce Advanced Manufacturing is intended to be owned 51% by Nightfood and 49% by JUN LONG. Nightfood will provide strategic oversight, commercialization support, public-company infrastructure and access to capital-raising resources. JUN LONG will contribute technical know-how, manufacturing expertise, product-development capabilities and customer relationships.

Calendar Q4 2026 Production and Revenue Target
Both parties anticipate finalizing and signing the definitive agreement within the next several weeks. TechForce Advanced Manufacturing is preparing additional manufacturing capacity, suppliers, engineering support and customer-integration resources to address near-term demand.

JUN LONG currently holds purchase orders from key customers, representing existing demand that TechForce Advanced Manufacturing expects to begin fulfilling upon completion of the definitive agreement. This order backlog supports the Company’s target of commencing production and generating initial revenue in calendar Q4 2026, subject to completion of the definitive agreement, customer orders and applicable qualification requirements. The timing and amount of revenue will depend on production schedules, delivery, customer acceptance and applicable U.S. GAAP requirements.

Expanding Wafer Sorter and AOI Production
The partnership’s immediate commercial focus is expanding production of an automated Wafer Sorter and Automated Optical Inspection (“AOI”) system designed for both 8-inch and 12-inch silicon wafers. The system combines robotic wafer handling, automated inspection and grading, identification-based sorting, front-side optical character recognition (“OCR”) and optional Semiconductor Equipment Communication Standard (“SECS”) factory connectivity.

The system supports inspection, identification, transfer and sorting within semiconductor and Chip-on-Wafer-on-Substrate (“CoWoS”) related advanced-packaging production. CoWoS enables processors, chiplets and high-bandwidth memory to be integrated into high-performance packages used in artificial intelligence and advanced computing systems.

According to an independent industry report, the global semiconductor wafer inspection equipment market is projected to grow from approximately $7.05 billion in 2026 to approximately $9.67 billion by 2030.
