- AI desk and room booking gives employees a simpler way to reserve space. Employees can ask OfficeSpace to find and book a desk or room for one or several days, locate space near a teammate, and review upcoming reservations without navigating multiple floors, dates, and availability options.
- OfficeSpace MCP connects live OfficeSpace data and workflows to approved AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. Employees can use plain-language requests to book desks and submit work orders, preserving existing OfficeSpace roles and site permissions.
- Recurring Requests puts routine workplace work on a reliable schedule. OfficeSpace automatically creates and tracks each ticket, applies existing assignment and SLA rules, and maintains a record of every occurrence, reducing the need for spreadsheets, calendar reminders, and repeated setup.
- Space Planning Block View brings floor metrics and planning progress directly into the blocking workflow. Planners can move from floor to floor, see what has been completed and what remains, and make informed adjustments without returning to the stack or switching between views.
