TTEC is seeking individuals who have a current health insurance license in the state of Georgia with at least six months’ industry experience and complementary sales experience. Their ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about the HIPAA guidelines, especially regarding patient privacy.
Beyond this, their recruitment team has announced that they are seeking someone with both strong empathy and compassion, as well as with highly developed listening skills.
