Byerly RV is calling attention to nationwide service support available through the Priority RV Network as owners plan fall travel beyond their home area. The dealership is the only Missouri member of the network, which includes more than 180 independently owned locations across the United States.
Priority RV Network participation gives owners a structured way to obtain emergency service assistance when a major issue occurs more than 100 miles from home. Participating dealers in the network move qualifying travelers toward the front of the service line and provide warranty support and parts access through a dealer-to-dealer system. The arrangement is designed for owners who spend extended time on the road rather than remaining near a single service location.
“Travel often takes owners well beyond the reach of a single dealership, and having a network of service locations available during those trips is a practical part of ownership,” said Warren Patton, President and Owner of Byerly RV.
The network operates through independently owned dealerships rather than a single national chain. Owners who purchase from a participating dealer such as Byerly RV can use those locations for emergency assistance, warranty-related work, and technician support while traveling. Certified technicians at network sites install parts and perform service using established dealer processes. Documentation from the original selling dealer helps participating shops identify covered work and locate required components.
Fall itineraries frequently include longer highway days, changing weather, and visits to campgrounds farther from the original purchase location. Mechanical or system issues that arise during those trips can interrupt travel if service is limited to one home market. Network membership addresses that gap by providing a defined path for assistance at participating facilities in other states.
Byerly RV’s local service operations complement the national arrangement. The dealership maintains a 16-bay retail service facility staffed by RVTI-trained technicians, along with a body shop in Troy for exterior and structural work. Preventative maintenance packages, diagnostics, and seasonal preparation remain available at the home facility before departure. Completing those checks prior to a long trip can reduce the chance that a minor condition becomes a roadside interruption.
Patton noted that owners who complete inspections and service before leaving often travel with a clearer picture of their equipment. Combined with access to network locations, that preparation supports more predictable handling of unexpected needs away from home.
The Priority RV Network relationship is one element of a broader ownership support structure at Byerly RV. The company also operates parts, storage, and rental departments and offers educational sessions through Byerly RV University. Those resources address systems knowledge, maintenance routines, and travel preparation for both new and experienced owners.
Byerly RV has operated since 1948, beginning as a travel trailer manufacturer under Walter Byerly and later becoming a dealership under the Patton family. Warren Patton purchased the company in 2020 after serving as general manager. In 2023, the dealership expanded with the Troy body shop, the 16-bay service center, outdoor self-storage, and an 88,000-square-foot climate-controlled indoor storage building. The company has received multiple Top 50 Dealer Awards from RVBusiness and represents more than 30 RV brands.
As fall travel begins, attention to service access away from home joins pre-trip inspections and equipment readiness as a standard consideration for owners covering longer distances. The Priority RV Network provides a documented framework for that support through participating dealerships nationwide.
