Northside Tree Professionals Completes Third Acquisition of 2025, Rebrands Platform as Arbor Alliance
Northside Tree Professionals (“Northside”), a leading provider of tree care services based in Atlanta, GA, announced today the successful completion of an undisclosed acquisition in Jacksonville, FL. This acquisition marks Northside’s third of 2025, following a growth equity investment from Caravel Capital. Northside previously acquired Holcomb Tree Service (Dallas, TX) and Georgia Tree Company (Atlanta, GA) in April and July of 2025, respectively.
