(“HMH”) (NASDAQ: HMH) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,520,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $20.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,578,000 shares of Class A common stock from HMH at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares of Class A common stock began trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on April 1, 2026 under the ticker symbol “HMH.” HMH received net proceeds from the offering of approximately $193.8 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, and excluding any exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.
