(Nasdaq: KLRA) (Kailera), an advanced clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on elevating the next era of obesity care, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 39,062,500 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Kailera.
