At the effective time of the Merger, CNB merged with a wholly-owned subsidiary of HBT, with CNB surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HBT. Immediately thereafter, CNB merged (the “Merger”) with and into HBT Financial, with HBT Financial surviving the Merger.
