(NASDAQ: MRCOU) (the “Company”) announced today that, commencing August 14, 2026, holders of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Company’s Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. The Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols “MRCO” and “MRCOW,” respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol “MRCOU.”

(Nasdaq: MRCOU) (the “Company”) announced today the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 15,000,000 units, including 2,250,000 units issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter of its over-allotment option. The units were sold at a price of $10.00 per unit. The Company’s units began trading on July 9, 2026 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “MRCOU”. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable and will trade. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbols “MRCO” and “MRCOW,” respectively.
