BitGo Becomes the First Public, Federally Chartered Digital Asset Infrastructure Company
BitGo Holdings, Inc., (
NYSE: BTGO) the digital asset infrastructure company, today announced that it has become the first publicly traded, federally chartered digital asset infrastructure company, following its initial public offering and related listing on the New York Stock Exchange on January 22, 2026 and the receipt of final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to operate as a national trust bank.
